In this documentation, we can check how to send mass email messages from Plesk admin panel.

1) Login to Plesk admin panel.

2) Click the icon ‘Tools & settings’.

3) Click the icon ‘Mass Email Messages’ from ‘Tools & Resources’.

4) Click the icon ‘Add Mass Email Template’.

5) Enter the details and click ‘OK’ button.

6) New mass email message template has been created.

7) If you want to remove the mass email message template, select the template and click ‘Remove’ button.

8) To send mass email, click the icon ‘Send Mass Email’.

9) You can send mass email using previously created template. Select the template name from drop down menu and click ‘Load’ button.

10) Else you can create new message and save it as another template if you want.

11) Click ‘OK’ button.
